As Albert Einstein once observed, "Nothing happens until something moves", that is, that everything vibrates to a particular measurable frequency. The smallest known quantity is the atom. The atom consists of a neutron, and nucleus, encircled by electrons and protons. Each of these composites of the atom is vibrating and moving. Every thing consists of atoms and each of these atoms is vibrating which in turn provides the vibration of the object. Scientists say that rocks vibrate, but they're vibrating so slowly that they appear as solids. When you speed up the vibrations, the rock turns into a liquid. Speeding up the liquid's vibration eventually changes the liquid to gas. The molecules are just moving or vibrating at a different frequency. The vibrational speed determines whether the object is a rock, water, air, wood, plants, fabric, furniture, hair, teeth, bone, muscle or tendon.
All is energy. The physical body conducts the vibration or energy through its electrical system. The spine and the nerves of the body act as the wiring to carry these impulses to various part of the system.
